Payment & Billing 

Services are billed according to the agreed proposal, quotation, service plan, statement of work, or contract between Technyx Systems and the client. 

• Fees and payment schedules will be communicated and agreed upon before or during the engagement. 
• Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable. 
• Additional work, features, revisions, or services outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. 
• Technyx Systems may adjust its pricing for future services or engagements. Existing clients will be provided with reasonable notice where applicable. 
• Clients are responsible for providing payment by the agreed due dates. 

Limitation of Liability
